An Eternal Soles Store Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by
creating a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help,
in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and efficient execution of daily
operations
Responsibilities:
● Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support
their shopping experience.
● Process customer sales transactions and returns in accordance with established procedures.
● Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, current promotions
or discounts, various payment options, wishlist ordering, cleaning services, etc.).
● Escalate customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner to management.
● Ensure that the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well kept.
● Ensure all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly, and displayed
in a safe manner.
● Maintain quality brand image standards necessary to pass evaluations.
● Conduct checks to ensure authenticity of all incoming merchandise through buy, trade, and
consignment.
● Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels
welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
● Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support Team Members across the store.
● Complete daily paperwork and data entry in a timely manner as established by management.
● Securely package and ship merchandise in a timely manner as established by management.
● Follow all Company Policies and Established Procedures in the store Operations
● Follow all Safety and Security Issues and report unsafe conditions.
● Report all customer incidents or accidents.
● Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
● Regularly communicate with store management.
Qualifications:
● High School Diploma Preferred
● Sneaker/Retail Store Experience Preferred
