Poughkeepsie Galleria Presents 2nd Annual College Fair
Poughkeepsie, NY – Poughkeepsie Galleria in partnership with Spackenkill Union Free School District is hosting their 2nd Annual College Fair on Tuesday, October 1 from 4pm-7pm. This event is free, open to the public and all local high school students are encouraged to attend. The event is sponsored by Citizens Bank and Durants Party Rentals and features a live radio broadcast by J Will and 96.1 Kiss FM.
College Fair includes over 40 colleges, universities, trade schools, college prep and scholarship program representatives to help assist local students and their families in their quest for post-secondary education. Students have the opportunity for one-on-one interactions to get their questions answered regarding entrance requirements, the application process, financial aid and campus life.
All schools and organizations represented can be found on Poughkeepsie Galleria’s website. Local favorites; Dutchess Community College, Marist College, Vassar College and more will be in attendance as well as many from the northeast; Baruch College, Sacred Heart University and St. John’s University to name a few. University of Miami will also be in attendance. Additional companies that will be present include Crunch Fitness, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Rhinebeck Bank.
